What format is the USB flash drive?

The standard formatting is FAT32.
If any individual file is 4gb or greater, the drive will be formatted as EX-FAT. 

We can format the drive as NTFS, however, this is not a standard and would need to be requested. Please note that a drive formatted as NTFS will not work on a MAC since NTFS is a Microsoft format.
